Mark came to see the damage and give me an estimate. He was very professional … More and kind. The estimate was fair and within my budget. The gutters needed to be larger to handle the metal roof I had put on previously. He kept in touch with me and always answered my texts. Jessica helped me with the financial end of it and was very helpful, patient and friendly!
  Bauer and their specialists Wyatt, Mark and Jeremiah came out to fix everything and replace the old gutters. The fellas were very kind as well and worked around my house with care.   I can't thank Bauer enough for truly saving the day! From the sales team to the installation crew, everyone was simply fantastic. After gathering a few quotes from different companies, it really came down to two contenders: Leon and … More Bauer. I ultimately chose Bauer, and let me tell you why. The salesperson I spoke with made all the difference. Leon's salesman, on the other hand, made me uncomfortable by chatting back and forth in another language. It just didn’t sit right with me—call me old-fashioned or a Karen if you like, but I felt like they weren’t being entirely honest.
  Once I made my decision to go with Bauer for my roof and gutters, everything fell into place. A wonderful gentleman named Geo reached out several times to confirm our schedule and the colors we had chosen. When the day finally came for the work to begin, I was thoroughly impressed! Geo’s attention to detail was nothing short of remarkable; he truly went above and beyond for my husband and me.
  His crew, who were of Spanish descent, worked tirelessly and maintained an incredibly professional attitude throughout. They did a phenomenal job on my roof, and I was amazed at how clean they kept my property during the entire process.
